We are pleased to offer appointments outside our regular business hours or offsite. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a price quote.
At Sheveux Salon, your health and safety is our top concern. Our enhanced cleaning standards ensure we maintain a spotless, germ-free environment. We use UV Nano Spray Guns and UV germicidal Ozone lamps to sanitize the salon between each client. Additionally, our Dyson Air Filtration system runs around the clock to keep our air clean.

At Sheveux Salon, we are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, your experience falls short of your expectations, please inform us during your service or within 48 hours after it's been completed. We're here to ensure your happiness.
Appointments
We encourage you to use our online booking system to request an appointment. This allows you to check your preferred artist's availability. You can also reach us by phone at Sheveux Salon at 562-472-5797.
Please note that your request isn't confirmed until you receive confirmation from Sheveux Salon.
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. We will keep it on file for future bookings and any applicable fees.
24-Hour Cancellation/No Show/Late Arrivals Policy
We understand that unexpected situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. To be considerate of our guests and staff, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This gives us sufficient time to accommodate other clients.
Out of respect for our artists' time, you'll be subject to a no-show fee if you fail to attend an appointment. Additionally, future appointments may be available on a walk-in basis only.
No shows, cancellations, or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will result in a 100% charge of the cost of the service(s) booked, billed to the credit card on file.
To ensure a smooth experience for you and our other guests, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Return Policy/Refunds
We're here to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Here's what you need to know:
Retail Products
You can return any retail products you've purchased within 7 days of the original purchase.
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, we'll issue an in-salon credit.
Services
All services are non-refundable.
However, if you believe a corrective service is necessary due to an error made by the service provider (not a change of mind), we'll gladly schedule it at no extra cost.
Corrective Services
The need for a corrective service must be attributable to a mistake by the service provider and not a change of preference after the service.
If there is a disagreement, Gary's approval is required to proceed with a corrective service.
If dissatisfied, contact the salon for a complimentary adjustment within 48 hours from the initial service date.
Corrective services will not be available after five days from the initial service date, without exceptions.
Important Note
Achieving your desired result may require multiple services, especially when transitioning from darker to lighter tones or using box color. Please keep this in mind when planning your salon experience.
Right to Refuse Service
Sheveux Salon reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Children
We do not provide services to children under 13. For clients under 18, an accompanying adult is required during consultations, and a signed consent form is needed for any services.
Please note we do not perform services on clients with head lice. If a client is diagnosed with head lice during their salon visit, we must reschedule the service later, no less than 48 hours after the head lice treatment is completed."
Gift Certificate Policies
Sheveux Salon is pleased to offer Gift Certificates!
Our gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.Copies of gift certificates will not be accepted.
If a gift certificate is lost, don't hesitate to contact Sheveux Salon for assistance.
All gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our gift certificates are exclusively valid at Sheveux Salon and can be used for any products and services we offer.
